CREATOR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Music Makerz Syndicate (“Syndicate”) and:

EFFECTIVE DATE:

7-6-26

TERM:

Standard- 3 Months

7-6-26 to 10-6-26

CREATOR ROLE

The Creator will independently create and submit original content aligned with Music Makerz Syndicate.

The Creator agrees to:

-Submit a minimum of three (3) original content pieces per month

-Submit content through the designated Dropbox folder

-Conduct themselves professionally

CONTENT DELIVERY

Accepted formats:

.mp4

.mov

.avi

Minimum quality:

720p resolution or higher

Preferred orientation:

Vertical (9:16)

Horizontal (16:9)

Music Makerz Syndicate reserves the right to reject low-quality, harmful, incomplete, or off-brand content.

MUSIC MAKERZ SYNDICATE SUPPORT

During the partnership term, Music Makerz Syndicate may provide:

1. A dedicated creator channel on MusicMakerzSyndicate.TV

2. Twelve (12) hours of professional studio time (must be used within a month)

3. Limited creator support assistance, at the discretion of Music Makerz Syndicate

   
   

4. Ongoing statewide promotion and visibility from Marketing Campains

5. Monthly merch support

   
   

6. A monthly $50 digital card for gas /or ride services

No cash payments will be issued.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSING

The Creator maintains ownership of all original raw footage and independently created content.

The Creator grants Music Makerz Syndicate a non-exclusive license to edit, publish, distribute, promote, repost, and use approved content across Music Makerz Syndicate platforms, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Music Makerz Syndicate maintains ownership of:

• Platform data

• Campaign analytics

• Audience insights

• Promotional assets

• Final edited content distributed through its platforms

Music Makerz Syndicate maintains final editorial approval for all published content.

Both parties may repost approved final content.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

Music Makerz Syndicate may terminate this Agreement immediately for harmful conduct, harmful content, or brand-related concerns.

By signing below, You agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
