CREATOR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Music Makerz Syndicate (“Syndicate”) and:

CREATOR ROLE

The Creator will independently create and submit original content aligned with Music Makerz Syndicate.

The Creator agrees to:

-Submit (1) Complete "About Me" commercial based on the "Music Makerz Syndicate" ecosystem within 2 weeks from the effective date.

-Submit content through the designated Dropbox folder

CONTENT DELIVERY

Accepted formats:

.mp4

.mov

.avi

Minimum quality:

720p resolution or higher

Preferred orientation:

Vertical (9:16)

Horizontal (16:9)

Length:

at least 1 minute.

Music Makerz Syndicate reserves the right to reject low-quality, harmful, egnth:incomplete, or off-brand content.

MUSIC MAKERZ SYNDICATE SUPPORT

During the partnership term, Music Makerz Syndicate may provide:

1. A payment of $150

CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSING

The Creator maintains ownership of all original raw footage and independently created content.

The Creator grants Music Makerz Syndicate a non-exclusive license to edit, publish, distribute, promote, repost, and use approved content across Music Makerz Syndicate platforms, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Music Makerz Syndicate maintains ownership of:

• Platform data

• Campaign analytics

• Audience insights

• Promotional assets

• Final edited content distributed through its platforms

Music Makerz Syndicate maintains final editorial approval for all published content.

Both parties may repost approved final content.

CREATOR- SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

The parties acknowledge that this Agreement is based upon the standard Music Makerz Syndicate Creator Services Agreement template. Certain provisions contained herein have been customized specifically for the participating creator listed in this Agreement.

For this partnership, the following creator-specific terms shall apply exclusively to this participating creator:

• A deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost shall be due upon signing of this Agreement.

• The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance shall be due upon completion of the agreed-upon services, prior to final delivery, release, or transfer of completed materials.

PAYMENT INFO

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

Music Makerz Syndicate may terminate this Agreement immediately for harmful conduct, harmful content, or brand-related concerns.

If contract is terminated or breached by creator any funds given on early release/ deposit must be returned within 3 days.

APPROVAL

By signing below, You agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
