ARTIST AGREEMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
☐ I will arrive on time and participate in the scheduled campaign shoot.
☐ I understand that Music Makerz Syndicate will provide creative direction throughout the production.
☐ I grant Music Makerz Syndicate permission to photograph, film, record, edit, and use my name, image, likeness, voice, and performance for promotional and marketing purposes.
☐ I understand that all photographs, video, audio recordings, and edited content created during this production are the exclusive property of Music Makerz Syndicate.
☐ I understand that this content may be used on websites, social media, streaming television, digital advertising, presentations, live events, and future promotional campaigns.
☐ I understand that participation in this campaign does not create an employment, partnership, management, or exclusive recording relationship with Music Makerz Syndicate.
